Merluza al limón en papillotte

Ingredientes

- 4  filetes de merluza congelados sin piel, o frescos
- 1 calabacín
- 3 zanahorias
- 2 espárragos verdes congelados por persona
- 1 limón
- aceite de oliva virgen extra
- sal
- pimienta molida
- papel aluminio o papel de horno (4 trozos grandes, 1 por persona)

Preparación

- Cortamos las zanahorias y los calabacines en tiras, en cuadrados o como mas nos guste, yo para que quede más bonito he puesto bolitas, pero se aprovechan mejor en tiras.

- Cortamos 4 trozos grandes de papel aluminio.

- En cada uno de ellos ponemos un filete de merluza salpimentado, 2 rodajas finitas de limón encima del filete, 2 espárragos partidos por la mitad, un poco de zanahoria y calabacín a los lados. Le ponemos una poquita sal a las verduras y lo regamos todo con un chorreón de aceite.

- Los cerramos bien para que no se salga el vapor y los ponemos en una bandeja de horno.

- Los horneamos a 180º aproximadamente 20 minutos. Los sacamos y los destapamos con cuidado de no quemarnos.

- Los servimos de inmediato en el plato. Si tenemos albahaca fresca picamos una poquita, la mezclamos con aceite de oliva y regamos la merluza con él. Le da un punto muy rico.
