Pastel salado de pan de molde sin corteza

Ingredientes

- 9 lonchas de pan de molde sin corteza o se la quitas al pan de molde normal
- 2 latas de atún
- 1 cebolla picada finita
- pimientos del piquillo
- 1 bote de aceitunas
- 4 huevos cocidos
- langostinos cocidos
- tomate frito
- zanahoria cocida
- mayonesa

Preparación

- Se puede hacer lo grande que se quiera. He utilizado 9 rebanadas y le he puesto tres pisos.

- Se cortan y mezclan bien todos los ingredientes, menos la mayonesa y lo que se quiera para el adorno.

- Se pone papel film encima tres rebanadas de pan de molde lo ajustamos bien en las uniones para que no se noten mucho.

- Se añaden los ingredientes que ya tenemos mezclados y se pone encima más pan de molde y así hasta que se termine con pan de molde. Yo he puesto tres pisos de pan.

- Después se envuelve con el papel film y se mete en la nevera. Justo antes de servir se añade la mayonesa para cubrir el pastel, se adorna como uno quiera y listo para servir.

A mí me parece un entrante fácil para estos días de Navidad que se puede preparar con antelación, es muy fácil de hacer, lleva poco tiempo y esta delicioso.
