Ingredientes
- 2 o 3 muslitos de pollo
por persona (o 1 pechuga)
- 2 o 3 cebollas (de Figueres)
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 200 g. de ciruelas pasas sin hueso
- vino blanco
- caldo de pollo
- aceite, sal y pimienta
Preparación
- En una cazuela ancha ponemos a dorar
el pollo en un fondo de aceite a temperatura máxima. Salpimentamos y cuando estén bien
dorados los retiramos y reservamos.
- En el mismo aceite añadimos las cebollas
cortadas en juliana finita y los
dientes de ajo picaditos. Sazonamos y removemos.
- Cuando la cebolla esté blandita añadimos un buen chorro de vino blanco y las ciruelas. Removemos e incorporamos el pollo y cubrimos con caldo de pollo.
- Cuando rompa a hervir tapamos la cazuela y bajamos la temperatura.
Dejamos cocer a fuego lento
aproximadamente 45 minutos o 1 hora,
moviendo de vez en cuando la cazuela.
- Retiramos el pollo y trituramos la salsa en un recipiente
que no se ralle.
- Volvemos a poner la salsa en la cazuela junto con el pollo y dejamos que
se caliente todo junto unos minutillos antes de servir.
*Como la mayoría de los guisos es recomendable
hacerlo con antelación ya que al día siguiente gana muchísimo en sabor.
