Dip de aguacate ¨Verde, que te quiero¨

Ingredientes

Verdes y amarillos:

- 1 aguacate grande (he puesto dos porque no eran muy grandes)

- 1 pimiento morrón amarillo

- 1 cucharada de zumo de un limón verde o lima amarilla (yo limón amarillo y lima verde)

- 1 cucharadita de sal

- 5 dientes de ajo (a gusto, yo he puesto 3 cucharaditas de pasta de ajo)

- aceite de oliven virgen extra verde

Preparación en TMX

* Para poder triturar bien se necesita más cantidad de ingredientes porque si no es así, quedan por debajo de las cuchillas y no queda bien triturado.

- En el vaso de la TMX echamos todos los ingredientes y programamos un minuto, velocidad 5. Bajamos los restos del vaso y repetimos la operación hasta que quede una crema suave. Si los aguacates no son muy grandes, comprobaremos que su carne queda por debajo de las cuchillas y es difícil triturarla, por lo que tendremos que añadir más.

- Dejamos refrescar en la nevera hasta la hora de servir.

Preparación tradicional

- En el vaso de la licuadora echamos todos los ingredientes y licuamos hasta que quede una crema suave.

- Dejamos refrescar en la nevera hasta la hora de servir.

Nota:

- Se debe consumir como mucho un día después porque se ennegrece.
